Edward Kim is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Fletch Group, and is a results-focused expert in providing  financial opinions that continually drive growth. He offers a seasoned perspective that balances technical acumen in valuation, accounting, and corporate finance with a passion for relationship-building and client stewardship.

Edward has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, and entertainment; financial services; healthcare; oil and gas; distribution; and retail.

Edward works closely with management teams, portfolio managers, and accountants in the context of business valuations, portfolio investments, venture capital, and related matters to financial statement reporting, tax reporting, corporate planning, and litigation support. 

 
Edward advises both publicly-traded and privately-owned companies on purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment, valuation of illiquid assets and business enterprises, stock-option valuations, audit reviews of third-party analyses, and the valuation of various intangible assets (developed technology, trademarks/trade names, etc.) utilizing a wide array valuation techniques. He also provides modeling services to assist management in making business decisions.
